Also, this booked was written with a sharp sense of humor in mind and is filled with lots of hilarious one liners which kept me quite entertained.I would recommend this book to anyone looking to incorporating a healthy lifestyle of diet and exercise with minimal impact to your daily routine.
The reason why I gave this book five stars is because the advice is so easy to incorporate to everyday living by making a few minor changes. Information contained in this book will lead to a happier and healthier life and and I truly believe it has a strong impact on extending our lives.

The book is informative and an easy read. There were some good idea in going to adopt. Not earth shattering or life changing but that is kinda his point.

Weight loss is common sense if you have the will power. Eat health, exercise...duh! I was hoping for something I didn't already know.
As far as diet and exercise books go, this one is great. It's the common sense approach to losing weight. I like all the facts and nutritional comparisons - they have definitely caused me to re-think some of my choices. (No more lamb for me!)
I thought The Hungry and Lazy Guide to Diet and Exercise, was the dumbest book out there on the subject. He has no sense for writing. Did not pick up even 1 common sense thing about diet or exercise. I would definitely not recommend this piece of $&(, to anyone trying to lose weight.
solid advice and love the comedic touches - I really enjoyed reading this book and highly recommend it.
The book is very readable, it doesn't sound like a textbook. Very common sense suggestions. Less a diet and more a lifestyle change, which is more sustainable. Only suggestion is to do a small diagram with the arm exercises so that the angles the author is talking about can be visualized. Then again, that's what google is for.
